Floating AI data centres / 30 MW
Platform 30 develops standard 30 MW AI data centres that float in with their own power plant. We bring capacity to coastal hubs where the grid and land cannot deliver in time.

01 The need

IEA ↗30–55GW
Projected US generation-capacity gap by 2030.
McKinsey ↗6.3%
Record-low vacancy across Europe's core data-centre hubs.
CBRE ↗New data centres wait years for a grid connection. AI companies need capacity now.
02 How it works
An industrial port berth with fibre, close to the customer. Gas comes by pipeline or as LNG stored on board.
A shipyard builds the standard unit while the berth is prepared, in parallel.
The unit is towed in and connected. The customer installs its GPUs and goes live.
03
We develop the architecture and originate each project, from site and customer to financial close.
Build each unit to our standard design.
Own and finance each unit. A specialist data-centre operator runs it to the customer's SLA.

05
No grid queue. Power, cooling and the data hall arrive together, at a berth already zoned for industry.
No land to assemble or rezone: we use an existing industrial berth. The yard builds the unit while the berth is prepared, and a site grows by adding units.
One architecture for data centre, power, cooling and marine systems, adapted to each port and customer.
Yard-neutral by design: we build with the best yard for each project, and every new unit builds on the last.
Each unit is a self-contained project, structured for infrastructure capital from day one.
